Cranberry Fluff
Great, Thanksgiving Cranberry Fluff
Making The Food
The night before serving the fluff, combine the ground cranberries, marshmallows, and whatever sugar you are using, and let them chill overnight. On the next day, when your serving, fold in the rest of the ingredients. This is a must have at our house on a Thanksgiving or Christmas feast. Will serve 10-12 people.
Ingrediants
2 Cups of ground cranberries,
3 Cups of mini marshmallows,
3/4 Cup of sugar or sugar substitute,
2 Cups of diced, tart, apples,
1/2 Cup of chopped pecans,
1/2 Cup of coconut,
1/4 Teaspoon of salt,
1 Cup of whipped, heavy cream
